Service Tracker is a voice job-log app for field mechanics and service techs. Talk to your phone when you arrive and when you leave, and the app keeps the time, the machine history, the photos and the notes, then turns the job into an invoice.

Invoices and work reports
Turn a finished job into an invoice or work report using your labor rate, tax, trip charge and mileage settings. Print it, save it or send it from your phone.
Manager dashboard
On the Team plan, managers see jobs, check-ins, check-outs, photos and notes from their techs as they are synced, all in one place.
Works where you work
Time on the job is tracked with breaks subtracted. The app works offline and syncs when signal returns. Route and mileage tracking is optional and off by default.

Privacy
Your job records are yours
Job records are stored on your phone first. Nothing is sent to our server unless you or your team turn on sync, location tracking is off unless you turn it on, and we don't sell your information or use it for advertising. Read the full Service Tracker privacy policy.
